The driver of the Chevrolet, a 59-year-old Plant City woman, and her passenger, a 59-year-old Dover woman, died at the scene, authorities said. The Dodge driver, a 71-year-old woman from Sebring, and the Kia driver, a 20-year-old Plant City woman, were reported to have minor injuries.
