Police are investigating the death of a 73-year-old man following a crash involving a three-wheeled moped on Halloween night in Henrico County, Virginia. Authorities responded to the scene at the intersection of Dill Road and Vawter Avenue at around 9:30 p.m. on October 31. Preliminary reports indicate that a sedan collided with the rear of the moped while both vehicles were traveling eastbound on Dill Road.
The moped driver, identified as Walter Allen Miller, suffered injuries that were initially deemed non-life-threatening. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
