A two-vehicle crash in Panama City left one man seriously injured Wednesday evening on State Road 30 near Moylan Road.
According to authorities, the crash happened at about 7:33 p.m. on Aug. 19. A 39-year-old Panama City man was driving a sedan eastbound on State Road 30 when the vehicle crossed into the westbound lanes and collided with an oncoming sport utility vehicle.
The impact struck the right side of the sedan and the front of the SUV. After the collision, the sedan rotated, overturned, left the roadway on the north side of State Road 30, and hit a utility pole before coming to rest on its right side.
The 39-year-old sedan driver suffered serious injuries in the crash. The driver of the SUV, a 38-year-old Panama City Beach man, was not injured.
