Cesar M. Mena, 28, of Harrisburg, reported no injuries after his pickup struck a guide rail twice on State Route 157 in Pinegrove Township, Venango County, Pennsylvania, on October 20, 2026, according to state police.
The single-vehicle crash occurred at 6:03 p.m. west of Sporer Road. Mena was traveling east in a 2022 Ford F-250 when the pickup's front left tire blew out as he drove through a curve to the right, police said.
According to the police account, Mena lost control of the pickup, which crossed into the westbound lane. The driver's side of the truck's front end then hit a guide rail.
The pickup continued moving east while still in the westbound lane and struck the guide rail a second time. It came to a stop facing east, police reported.
Mena was wearing a seat belt. The Ford sustained front-end damage that left it unable to be driven, and Minich's Towing removed it from the scene.
After a crash in Pinegrove Township, keeping the police crash report, photographs, towing receipts and insurance correspondence can help document what happened and any vehicle damage. A qualified attorney can explain questions about insurance coverage or the claims process without guaranteeing an outcome.
