Kathleen Henzler, 64, died from injuries she suffered in a head-on crash on Route 28N in the town of Indian Lake, New York, on Saturday, October 3, 2026. The two-car collision occurred around 6:40 p.m. According to New York State Police, Eric Zuccarelli, 63, of New Jersey, was driving a yellow Ferrari north on Route 28N. Police said the Ferrari moved across the road’s center line and collided head-on with a second car. Henzler was a passenger in that car. The driver of the car carrying Henzler and both people in the Ferrari were hospitalized for treatment. All three, including Zuccarelli, were reported to be in stable condition. State police were investigating the collision.
